This website is operated by CHOBEE Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.

References to “CHOBEE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CHOBEE Pte. Ltd.

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable delivery charges or other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. CHOBEE does not retain your full payment card details.

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, contact information, delivery address and selected products.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that CHOBEE has accepted the order. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.

7) Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to amend or cancel it if processing or fulfilment has already begun.

If you wish to request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider the request based on the status of the order.

Nothing in this section affects any cancellation or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8) Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on our website or at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CHOBEE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Where a delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery, where applicable.

9) Returns, Refunds and Product Issues

Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or products that have been opened or consumed, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in our policies is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Singapore law.

10) Product Use and Storage

Customers are responsible for following the storage, handling and consumption instructions provided on our product packaging.

CHOBEE is not responsible for product issues arising from improper storage, handling, misuse or consumption contrary to the instructions provided, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11) Food Allergies & Consumer Safety

CHOBEE products contain honey. Individuals with known allergies, sensitivities or other medical conditions that may be affected by honey or any of the ingredients in our products should not consume the product unless they have determined that it is safe for them to do so.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product packaging, ingredient information and any applicable allergen information before consuming our products and should seek appropriate medical advice if they are uncertain whether a product is suitable for them.

If you experience any adverse reaction after consuming a CHOBEE product, discontinue consumption and seek appropriate medical attention. If you experience symptoms of a severe allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention.

CHOBEE provides ingredient and product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.
